13. The fees payable to a mediator for the carrying out of a mediation mandate are $121 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours, including any work performed outside the sessions in connection with the mediation.

13. The fees payable to a mediator for the carrying out of a mediation mandate are $114 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours, including any work performed outside the sessions in connection with the mediation.
13. The fees payable to a mediator for the carrying out of a mediation mandate are $110 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours, including any work performed outside the sessions in connection with the mediation.
13. The fees payable to a mediator for the carrying out of a mediation mandate are $155 per session if the mediation ends the dispute and $128 per session if the mediation does not end the dispute. The mediator may not receive fees for more than one session in relation to the same case and may not claim any other remuneration from the parties.
